Laugh

Laughing can suppress pain

I really like to laugh. It is great. How do you feel when you laugh? Does it affect your pain? Certainly when we feel good, pain can be less intrusive and impacting as we access chemicals stored in our brain that suppress unpleasant feelings and emotions. **Please note that any undiagnosed condition should be assessed by a medical practitioner.
